A clear complaint.
A practical next step.
Choose your courier, describe what happened and prepare a message. Review it here, then send it through the courier's official support channel.
MARK prepares your draft. The courier registers and resolves your complaint. No ticket is created just by using this page.
1. Tell us the issue
2. Review and send
Select a courier to see the available support route.
Open official courier support ↗Opening a support page or email draft does not submit a complaint. Finish the courier's form or send the email, then save the acknowledgement and reference number they provide.
Make your first message useful
Support teams need enough information to identify one shipment and one problem. Copy the AWB from the receipt rather than an online shop's order number. State the latest scan exactly, including its date. Describe the difference between that scan and what actually happened. End with a specific request, such as checking proof of delivery or arranging a new attempt.
For example, “The tracking page shows an attempted delivery on 15 October, but I did not receive a call. Please check the attempt record and explain how to arrange another attempt” gives the courier something to investigate. Avoid adding an estimated delivery date unless the sender or courier actually provided it.
Delivered, but not received
Check with the intended recipient, reception desk and household members first. If it is still missing, report that you have not located the parcel and ask for proof of delivery and an investigation. A delivered scan alone does not establish who received the parcel. Keep your order confirmation and relevant messages available for the courier's secure support process.
Damage or missing items
Keep the outer packaging, shipping label and contents. Record what is visible and when you noticed it. Photographs can help the courier or seller evaluate the issue; upload them only through their official channel. The draft tool does not accept attachments. Ask the sender about the applicable claim process promptly rather than assuming every courier has the same deadline or compensation terms.
Address changes and returns
Explain the requested change to the sender or courier. They may need the booking account holder to authorise it. Editing a message here cannot change a shipping label, stop a return, or guarantee another attempt. If the parcel came from a marketplace, its order-support team may also need to open the case.
After submitting
Save the courier's acknowledgement, submission date and promised follow-up time. Reply in the same case when possible and quote the existing reference. If the stated response window passes, use the courier's official escalation route or ask the sender to follow up through the booking account. MARK cannot read a courier ticket's status without an authorised integration.
Official support directory
Links below were checked on 17 October 2026. A support portal and a company contact directory are labelled separately. For couriers without a checked support link, use your booking receipt or sender; MARK does not invent contact numbers.
- Delhivery support — recipient help. Business senders can use Delhivery One ticket instructions.
- DTDC customer care — support options and shipment enquiries.
- Professional Courier customer care — complaint registration and query status.
- Blue Dart support directory — official customer service contact details.
- India Post grievance page — complaint registration guidance.
- Shree Nandan official website, Shree Anjani official website, Shree Tirupati official website — find the relevant branch/contact section.
Never provide a payment PIN, bank password or delivery OTP in a complaint. Check the domain before sharing shipment details. Report a broken directory link to MARK website support.
